Andrew Frazer (Founder & Head Instructor) has 12 years of experience in American Jiu Jitsu Self-Defense and has earned the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt.
He also holds a Master's degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT '04) and trains in other forms of martial arts.
Andrew has studied the effectiveness of martial arts training in preventing injuries for years and is a member of several sports medicine trade organizations.
He is currently training for a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is CPR/AED & First Aid certified.
In addition to Safe Fall®, Andrew has taught thousands of hours of martial arts classes to adults & children and enjoys bringing positive change to people's lives. Previously he has worked as a structural engineer on projects such as the new Yankee Stadium which opened in 2009 in the Bronx, NY.
