A: No. Falling is inevitable, but injuries resulting from them can be prevented. We teach how, in the event of a fall, to impact the ground as safely as possible.

A: We are focused on the practical use of falling techniques from the martial arts in everyday life, so you will learn about that area within a martial art (but not the whole art itself).
